I like the way that Lowry uses small ironic connections from both books to tie the stories together. Lowry isn't straight forward and the story escalates toward the middle. Lowry's style is good because it keeps the reader interested. I also like Lowry's take on the genre of science fiction because of the futuristic world she creates is different.
I like how Lois Lowry writes with suspense and really takes the author's breath away. It is hard to not be interested in a book that she writes. She is very exciting. She is also pretty sorrowful as well.
I like that Lois Lowry uses descriptive language in her writing. I can feel that I am actually in the book, and I can imagine everything. It is an image in my mind. Not only that, but her use of descriptive language in her suspense makes readers want to continue the book.
