I think that the Giver is going to tell Jonas a secret he doesn't want to know about. I think that the secret is going to be vital for the conflict of the novel. I think that he is not willing to learn about it. I also think that he is going to be unhappy with his role in the community.
I think that The Giver will tell Jonas about the life that we have right now. Jonas will become the new Giver, and give knowledge and wisdom to his community. I think he will replace Chief Elder, and live on to have a successful life.
I think that after Jonas' first day of training with the Giver, he will start to see things change for him. I believe Jonas will want to break the rules more often in order to get his point across that there are other wonders past the edge of town. I think Jonas will experience feelings like pain and pleasure. For example, him friendship with Asher looks like it is coming to an end since Asher became a pilot. Asher does not support Jonas breaking the rules.
I think that the Giver will show a new thing or discovery to Jonas. He will tell something which seems unbelievable and will change his perspective of the world forever. Then, Jonas will undergo a state of pain. At the end, he will have a lot of wisdom. Then, Jonas will do the job of being the Reciever amazingly.
